When you're ready to head outdoors, the decks that wrap around three sides of the home are the ideal place to relax in the private hot tub, enjoy a meal together or just sit back and take in the forest views and enjoy the weather. Head up to the upper level and you will find the fully equipped kitchen and dining area that will be the perfect combo for family dinners and game nights as the stars come out. The upstairs primary bedroom has a spacious en-suite bathroom that includes a separate soaker tub and shower plus access to a private balcony. When you want to indulge in a bit of fun close to home, Sunriver’s SHARC provides access to a variety of resort-style amenities including a shared pool, lazy river, hot tub, sports courts, and more, all at the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center and is just two-and-a-half miles down the road. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
