These are our house rules, which you are bound by when you book with us. Some of these rules apply to the building as a whole, and others apply specifically to our unit. If you feel you're unable to respect these rules, please contact us within 24 hours of your booking and we will cancel your reservation at no charge. Violations discovered after check-in may result in you being asked to leave the property immediately with no refund (see disclosures regarding exterior cameras). - No pets allowed. No exceptions for "emotional support animals" (ESAs) - not even with a certificate - not even with a special vest or harness. - No smoking - no cigarettes, no weed, no vape. Not even on the balcony - not even with a medical card. - Maximum occupancy is 4 persons, including children. An "occupant" is anyone who remains in the property between 11 pm and 7 am. - No events, parties, or gatherings - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Photo ID may be required upon check-in Your safety matters: This property features a Ring video doorbell at the front door, facing out toward the exterior hallway. It records sound and video when motion is detected. The property also features a camera on the outer wall of the balcony, facing Worcester Street. This camera is only activated on demand to monitor weather conditions so that guests can be asked to close door and windows if needed.
