Situated 17 miles south of Bend and 21 miles from Mt. Bachelor, this home's location is great for guests who want to experience a little bit of everything Central Oregon has to offer. The Sunriver Homeowners' Aquatic and Recreation Center is less than two miles away, while the Village is a one-and-a-half-mile drive. The home itself is relatively modern, with a large central living space. The living area features an oversized sectional couch that's big enough for the whole group to lounge on while basking in the warmth from the wood-burning stove or watching a movie on the flat screen TV. (Cable, WiFi, and a Blu-Ray player are all provided.) The fully equipped kitchen is ready to tackle everything from a hearty home-cooked dinner to a quick snack. There's room for everyone at the eight-person dining table. After your meal, retreat to the private hot tub for a rejuvenating soak - nothing soothes tired muscles quite like relaxing in a hot tub! In nice weather, the patio is also a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee. Back inside, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home has space for up to eight overnight guests. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom. A second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds - perfect for kids. The upstairs loft also features a Murphy bed for the last two guests. Dogs are welcome.
