“房間整潔乾淨，入住期間一泊三食,有提供下午茶點/宵夜/中西式早餐.特別一提，宵夜的鹹粥好好吃很美味，還有蛋糕甜點和水果，雖然供應時間稍短，但個人覺得足夠.對宵夜場來說實在是滿足的。飯店還有提供室內兒童遊戲室/桌球/籃球/桌上曲棍球/戶外泡腳池/兒童賽車，適合親子家庭旅遊.還有游泳池，男/女裸湯，讓人放鬆.停車場的部份燈光明亮，讓人感覺到安心.員工服務很親切，傍晚還帶我們去餵養鵝（餵鵝飼料），看到鵝吃的開心，我們也覺得開心.這次入住飯店，除了覺得地理位置方便，飯店設施也是我們入住考慮的因素,...”

“飯店大廳、房間、餐廳皆是大量原木、檜木的雕塑藝術品及座椅、裝潢，很有質感！房間很乾淨、整齊，整體很舒適。戲水池很乾淨，還有遮陽網，不會直曬太陽，也有救生員進駐，美中不足的是下午時段4:30才開始開放。還有免費的下午茶及宵夜招待很棒！”

“有宵夜 有下午茶 時間要確認避免錯過 。有健身房 有桌球 有投籃機 有switch 有望遠鏡 有100cm左右的泳池，有些需要證件借器材 ，數量有限要提早借。大概1.5km左右的距離可以到礁溪老街。”

“非常開心的一次住宿，接駁車的兩位大哥人非常親切客氣，,服務又好，還有晚上接駁去火車站附近吃飯，超級nice,宵夜的粥很好吃跟早上的早餐很豐富，關東煮湯很好喝。有室內設施，健身房，玩得很開心，桌球室有藍球架很好玩。”

“櫃檯一位老員工讓我們這趟住宿增添很多樂趣，介紹館內大廳的木雕藝術品，大廳裡還有圍棋跟五子棋可以跟家人下棋，館外有泡腳池（很燙），但泡完真的很舒爽，旁邊還有小孩能玩的電動車，可以邊泡腳邊顧孩子，另外，旁邊一館還有小朋友可以玩的遊戲室，二樓有籃球機可以玩。大門口的魚池可以跟大廳人員索取魚飼料餵食，也很不錯。”

“1.飯店的服務人員都非常的親切熱心，親切的微笑是自然流露的。 2.早一點去Check-in，可以享用免費的下午茶（15：50以前）。 晚上20：30也備有免費的宵夜。 3.整棟建築可以看到經營者的用心，有許多木雕的藝術品，甚至建築物的裝潢牆上、各項指標，裝飾品，都是很棒的木雕藝術氛圍。 4.距離礁溪「湯圍溝」約10分鐘車程，這裡反而少了紛擾，多了幾分的清幽。 坐在早餐的餐廳，三面落地窗，窗外用心的園藝造景，在陽光灑落的綠意中享用餐點，真的是百萬享受的渡假！ 5.房間的沐浴露、洗髮...”
