“麻雀雖小，五臟俱全，空間不大，飲水機、冰箱、衣櫥、置物台、座椅皆能不占空間鑲入，地板赤腳走也感覺乾淨，沒有塵沙感，而且假日一晚不到千元感覺很超值，晚上到住宿途中有夜市，忍不住就一路買回來，超商、飲料店、寶雅、小北等，沿途想買什麼都有，附近兩家永和豆漿，一家晚上開到早上，一家24小時，隨時想吃都有，退宿後沿途有牛肉麵店尚未開已排很多人等，有潤餅捲也排很多人，距離鳳山捷運站雖然要走一下，剛好邊看邊買，飲食、交通都很方便。”

“旅館地點十分好，步行數分鐘即到捷運鳳山站，購物也很方便，附近有康是美，小北百貨，屈臣氏，寶雅等店子，食更方便，有各式各樣的小店，而且開到很晚，晚上十點多也有得吃，本人食素，也很多素食店子可選擇，旅館外形雖有點老式，但房間很新淨整潔，很舒服，最讚是房內有淨水系統，按鍵就有熱水及飲用水供應，前枱員工十分友善，服務態度十分好，以這樣的房價，性價比十分高”
