The villa offers one full-time maid, providing free daily cleaning services, as well as chef services (500 Thai Baht per meal payable to the maid). Electricity, water, and internet are all free, and there is a free 12-seater car available for 8 hours each day (an additional 1,000 Thai Baht for fuel is required if used daily). This five-bedroom villa is located on the tranquil and beautiful Aoyon Beach, overlooking the blue waters of Aoyon Bay, known for its extremely clean water and sandy beach. A short walk down from the main road of the community leads you to Aoyon Bay. When you tire of the crowded and noisy mainstream beaches, our villa will be the perfect retreat for your holiday. To avoid disturbing the elderly neighbors living nearby, parties are prohibited, and outdoor noise and play are not allowed after 11 PM.

Just a two-minute drive away is Panwa's commercial street, where you can find restaurants, massage parlors, cafes, convenience stores, and other daily necessities.
