Los huéspedes que tengan previsto llegar fuera del horario de registro de entrada (entre las 14:00 y las 17:00) deberán abonar un suplemento de 1.500 THB.
El nivel del mar es alto durante los meses de noviembre a abril y bajo entre mayo y octubre.
El único acceso a la carretera principal se encuentra a 7 minutos a pie del establecimiento, a través de una pequeña colina en la selva. Puede ser necesario gozar de una buena condición física. Las pertenencias de los huéspedes serán custodiadas por el personal del establecimiento.
