Filou Studio Golf 35 sqm - pool access 1 bedroom with king-size bed (200x190) and air conditioning, Fan, Big Smart TV 65 “with free Netflix, safe, large desk with swivel chair and a view to the outside 1 bathroom with window and exhaust fan Fully equipped kitchen: Large fridge with freezer compartment, oven for baking, microwave, hot water cooker, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, gas hob with 2 fields, etc. Cooking pots, pans, pots. Rice cooker, dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc., everything is included The Filou Studio Golf is in a dead end street so absolutely no street noise! Kai Bae, the most lively place on the island, is about 300m away on foot (7eleven in the center) and 500m from the beach. Covered terrace with enough seating and table space. Wifi entrance - very fast! Parking spaces in front of / next to the house. In the garden there is a rotating charcoal grill that moves up and down - next to it a roofed Thai wood style house with a fan. Garden is tended daily. It is cleaned every 2 days and bed linen and towels are changed every 4 days.
