The Fourteen complex is a one of the island’s most exquisite and luxurious private gated communities. Welcome to our luxurious but warm & cosy 2 bedroom & 2.5 bathroom, 118.38 m2 apartment on the 14th floor of the Tower B with one of the best views in SXM. Experience absolute luxury with plenty of homey and restful ambiance, highest quality furniture, bamboo sheets, super plush towels and other accessories like Vertuo Nespresso machine, Hex-clad cookware or 70” TV in the living room with Sony sound system. We offer “an honesty bar” too. Wine fridge is filled with various beers, wine & champagne. You simply replace what you drink. Honestly though! For the ease of your trip, if you run out of time or simply don’t feel like shopping for wine, additional charges will apply. Our sea view corner unit with floor to ceiling windows offers breathtaking views of calming ocean, pristine Mullet bay beach, golf course and way more. If you need any extra items or more information about the island or your stay, feel free to reach out and we will accommodate your request as best we can.

You will enjoy the views of nearby islands on a clear day (Saba, St. Eustatius, St. Kitts and Nevis or even Anguilla). Watch the planes land or take off from our world famous airport from the balcony or take a short walk to Maho beach. Princess Juliana airport is a 5min car ride away. There are plenty of delicious restaurants, shops, nightclubs & casinos in the area. Supermarkets are a short walk away. Rent a car and go look for the Island’s hidden gems, numerous attractions or one of 37 SXM stunning beaches. If you feel like staying local, Mullet bay or Cupecoy beach are perfect for that. Remember, time wasted on the beach is time well spent.
