The house has been recently renovated and it is in quiet and peaceful street. The house is located in center, just 5 minutes walk from beach, restaurants, bar and bus station.
In the attic we have a bedroom with a king-size bed for two, air conditioning and a minibar with fresh water, you can prepare coffee,tea. The bathroom its shared. Attic room is not for old people and people with special needs.
In the down apartment we have living room have a bedroom with a king-size bed for two and kithcen with fridge, oven, induction, microwave, dishwasher, you can olso prepare coffee,tea. Apartment have air conditioning, private living room with big sofa ( there can sleep one or two). The bathroom its shared with one private room for two guests (attic bed- room).
Parking is only 2-3 minutes away by foot and costs 4,00 EUR per 24h,.

The neighbourhood is safe and calm. Good location for discovery Istria.Italy is just few kilometers away, and Croatia too.
