We started our first guest house in 2014 In Finland, then we decided to move to Sweden and run same concept of business. We specially love by running of this kind business: for opportunity to meet new people and different cultures attitudes.

Property information

LUMI House is an authentic guest house in Swedish Lapland. This beautiful mini-hotel located in the heart of Arvidsjaur. Lumi guest house is running as a small family business, designed with a sense of Northern style and love to colours and northern nature. Lumi Guest House provides a possibility to enjoy nice weather outside in a garden. All units in the guest house are equipped with a flat-screen TV. Guest House offers free WiFi and parking. At Lumi Guest House each room includes bed linen and towels. It is a 10 minutes’ walk from Arvidsjaur Station, within only couple of steps is a grocery shop, few walking minutes is a central park, bars and restaurants. All rooms here feature with wheelchair accessibility. Some rooms have own private bathroom and some have shared bathroom facilities. There are two fully equipped shared kitchens and shared cosy dining area. Activities such as sámi handicraft private classes, northern light safary, sauna or spa can be booked on site.

Next to the hotel is a grocery shop, in 3 walking minutes best pizza restaurant and in 5 walking minutes is central city park with beautiful lake and play ground. It takes 10 walking minutes (750 m) to the central bus station.
