Geographicly in the center of Norway, Denmark and Sweden, by the sea. It has a long time been in the periphery of the capitals. But recent discoveries in historical geography has shown it has not always been so - to the contrary - this is the area of ”Kattegatt” in the Viking series. It is close to everything. Denmark, Norway and Sweden - Dalsland and the lakes and forest, Vänern the big lake and the plains of Västergötland. Located right in the area of Strömmarna. An amazing archipelago.

The neighbourhood is a small community of summerhouses and a few year round living houses. The area has beautiful coastal hiking paths. Due to the peninsula it is situated on the distances are not far to scenic views over fjords and bays such as Kärlingesund. There are also plenty of mushrooms and different kind of berries to find in the forest. The sea can sometimes reach a degree of 22 in summertime for swimming by the pier. Oysters and blueshells are reachable right on the coast and by the pier. There is also a lot of fish in the sea like Makrill and Salmon. By car, by bike or hiking. The guest can also come by boat if they want. There is a pier for this. Or use the two kayaks that are availeble.
