Sunshine house je smestajni objekat tipa Vila koji se nalazi u samom centru Panceva. Vila je velicine 75 m2 i poseduje sve neophodno za ugodan boravak i zivot. Velika spavaca soba omugucava udoban i miran odmor sa pogledom na dvoriste i kruzni bazen precnika 4,5m2 koji je idealan za relaksiranje. Gostima je na uzivanje dostupnu dvoriste i bazen sa lezaljkama ispod vinove loze. Sam smestajni objekat poseduje veliku spavacu sobu, dnevnu sobu spojenu sa trpezarijom i kuhinju i toalet. Poseduje flat televizor, wi-fi, drustvene igre, opremljenu kuhinju i toalet. Sunshine house je idealno mesto za odmor kao i za poslovna putovanja u blizini.
Sunshine house je smestajni objekat koji se nalazi u samom centru Panceva. Nalazi na 200m udaljenosti od glavnog gradskog jezgra, na 700m od reke Tamis.
