The property is newly built, modern, and fully equipped to meet the needs of contemporary living. It is ideally located: just 50m from the Main Bus Station, 50m from Maxi supermarket, and 100m from Lidl. The General Hospital is 600m away. Nearby, you’ll find the main pedestrian street filled with cafes and restaurants. The city swimming pool is only 1km away – a 4-minute drive or 14-minute walk.
