Smeštaj Milutinn nalazi se u centru Sokobanje iza Miloševog Konaka i “Mlečnog Restorana” sadašnjeg caffe-a Amam, u ulici Vojvode Mišića broj 8. Završen u junu 2022. godine raspolaže sa 16 smeštajnih jedinica veličine izmedju 18 i 55 m2 ukupnog kapaciteta 53 ležaja. Na jugoistočnoj strani sa pogledom na Vilu “Dalmacija” nalazi se dvosobni apartman “Visterija” površine 55m2, kapaciteta do 7 osoba sa jednim francuskim, jednim singl i dva kreveta tipa Grof. Ovaj apartman ima sopstvenu terasu površine 33m2. Sve jedinice imaju svoje kupatilo, čajnu kuhinju sa aspiratorom i frižiderom, čiviluk, garderober, sto za ručavanje i jedan do dva televizora sa kablovskom televizijom i dostupan wi-fi internet. Svaki ležaj ima svoj noćni stočić, noćnu lampu i utičnicu za punjenje mobilnog telefona.
