The apartment is located in the pedestrian zone on the so-called Vrnjacka promenade, which is how it got its name. The apartment is located in a just settled building in the extra zone, city park with free parking in the yard. It consists of a living room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a beautiful terrace overlooking the treetops of Vrnjacka park and Gledicka mountain. The area of the apartment is 32 m2. The apartment is brand new, modern and with style equipped well above the average apartment in Vrnjacka Banja. The apartment has WiFi, TV, inverter air conditioning, oven, coffee and hot water cooker, washing machine, iron, hair dryer and many useful things for everyday life. In front of the building there are a couple of restaurants that offer a very affordable daily menu. By leaving the courtyard of the building, you are already in the sand zone. Our apartment is located in a part of the city where there are no water restrictions in the summer.
The apartment is located in the greenest and most beautiful part of Vrnjačka Banja. In front of the building there are 3 restaurants with an accessible daily menu as well as a shop. Behind the building is the Olympic swimming pool, the "health trail" through the pine forest and the spring of modeiner water Sneznik. At 5 minutes walk from the building is the attraction "Panoramic wheel", amusement park for children as well as the next spring of mineral water "Jezero". At 3 minutes walk begins the famous Japanese Park. In the continuation of the pedestrian zone there are a series of restaurants, cafes, pastry shops, fast food restaurants, shops...
