Apartman se nalazi u centru Kušića. Iako se nalazi u zgradi pored glavnog puta,orjentisan je na drugu stranu i ima pogled na Mučanj. Hotel sa restoranom i bazenom se nalazi prekoputa, tu je i pekara, a odmah pored prodavnica. Sportski tereni su na 50m, trim staza je udaljena 200m, a skijalište 600m.
Na usluzi sam 24/7, na raspolaganju za sve dodatne informacije.
Postoji sadržaj za svako doba godine. Proleće je idealno za šetnje obeleženim stazama. U letnjoj sezoni u ponudi je bazen. Tokom jeseni se mogu ubirati šumakinplodovi dok uživate u šetnjama kroz prelepu prirodu. Zima je rezervisana za akijanne na obližnjoj stazi. Blizina Uvačkog jezera je takođe velika presnost. Planina Javor je nešto što morate posetiti.
