We were born in Madeira island, we like to travel and meet people, and it is a great pleasure to help travellers to discover our island.

Property information

Vista Mar is a studio in a rural house and is ideal for two people. There is a terrace of about 50 m2 which includes a barbecue and an inflatable jacuzzi. This terrace is sunny and has a wide view to the ocean and agricultural land. There is also an outdoor parking area. The studio is 40 m2 and includes one double bed, two armchairs, a dining table, kitchenette and bathroom. Is equipped with refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international and children’s channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay. Cleaning is done before guests check in and then there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes the change of bed linen and towels. As it is a rural area, there is potential for noise caused by dogs and other domestic animals in neighbouring properties. There are also insects in the surroundings that can be attracted by food scraps.

Neighbourhood information

The house is in a rural area near the village of Ponta do Sol, where there is a beach and some restaurants and cafes. Ponta do Sol is located in the southwestern part of the island, which has the best weather conditions in Madeira. A few kilometers away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.
