Excellent apartment, located in a prestigious condominium. Elevators. Private parking. Decorated with great taste, composed of 2 Bedrooms, 1 with a queen size bed and the other with 2 single beds. Complete bathroom with bathtub. Spacious living room and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor space with a large terrace, where you can enjoy an outdoor meal and a fantastic sea view, the Serra da Arrábida, and the Bay of Sesimbra! Air conditioning in all areas. LCD TV, Wi-Fi, and Cable TV. Every detail has been thought out to provide a memorable stay. You can also enjoy all the recreational areas of the condominium, such as the pool, gym, co-working rooms, and leisure/gallery spaces.

The condominium is located in the highest area of the Sesimbra hill. It is a quiet neighborhood, where only residents usually circulate. It is also accessible by bus, which travels between various commercial/leisure areas/beach and the town center. If you prefer, you can also call a taxi or use the Uber service. Sesimbra beach is about a 5-minute walk away and Meco beach is about 15 minutes away. In the vicinity, you will find local shops and supermarkets.Just 40 minutes from downtown Lisbon, this is the ideal opportunity for those who want to enjoy quiet moments with family in a spacious area while still being close to the city. Regarding parking, you can park on the street of the building for free, or in your private space in the condominium's parking.
