With three bedrooms and a sofa bed, you will be more than comfortable in Montemar. Located by Playa Azul beach in Luquillo with full condo complex amenities you can make our home your own. Our Montemar property provides views of the El Yunque mountains and rain forest in their full splendor, as well as beautiful ocean views to the East and West. Located on the 17th floor it is sunny, cool and breezy. All bedrooms are air conditioned, and the property includes wifi and cable TV. The location of this property places you in the middle of many of the major attractions that visitors from San Juan spend a lot of time and money to reach. The El Yunque rain forest is 10 minutes away, and world-famous Luquillo Beach is just a few steps to the West. Las Croabas is also minutes away, with its bioluminescent bay, Las Cabezas de San Juan nature reserve and quaint seaside restaurants. So is Fajardo, starting point for ferries to Culebra and Vieques, for day sails to some of the uninhabited islands East of Puerto Rico, and for scuba diving and boat rentals. Instead of a substantial security deposit we charge a Deposit Waiver Fee, which appears as part of the Taxes and Charges.
