Old San Juan Rentals has multiple options to suit your needs, from private, cozy, relaxing rooms, to lively large getaway homes. We have no doubt we can find a place for you to stay. We are not a large hotel chian, so you will definitely get that Old San Juan colonial city feel. OUR UNITS REQUIRE GUESTS TO USE STAIRS, but let us know if you have restrictions and we can place you in ground level units, base on availability. All our apartments are made to feel like your home away from home- equipped with kitchenettes or kitchens, refrigerator, microwave, coffee/tea pot, silverware, drinking glasses, dishes, etc. ALL apartments have air-conditioning to beat the city heat and keep you comfortable! Please contact us to confirm the DESCRIPTION AREA FOR EACH UNIT AND ADDRESS. THE ADDRESS FOR EACH UNIT IS DIFFERENT.

Neighbourhood information

What all our guest will enjoy and appreciate is our location. Our building is situated in the Heart of Old San Juan, walking distance to everything. Close to our trolley stops, hop on and off , whether there is to much heat , or just view our City on top of an air-conditioning trolley: City Hall takes you inside city streets, and Fort (Morro) is a longer outer route, by Forts we also have another open air trolley like two big white golf carts put together would my explanation it runs on al L from Ports to Forts free of charge as well, and it stops at same trolley stops. We are but one block from our Grocery store where you will a variety of local and imported beers. Walgreens and Marshalls are just a block away, as well, being on main street its perfect for shopping. On first floor we have the Best Silver , Leather , and Local Arts and Crafts as well as the Best Price in town, there is a watchmaker and a Jeweler on site. Just around the corner we have Carthage Express for Mediterranean taste and flavor , nicely serviced by its owner , excellent coffee, and just across the street from him we have a local market for fresh juices. Old San Juan is very safe at any time of day or night. PLEASE BE AWARE WE ARE STEPS AWAY FROM THE FORTRESS HOUSE, THIS MAY BRING SOME LOUD ISSUES SOMETIMES BUT IS NOT CURRENT.
