Zapraszam Cię w wyjątkowe miejsce, inne niż wszystkie. Dom na ulicy Młynowej czeka. Ciepły dom. Młynowa, najstarsza ulica w mieście Białystok. Stuletni drewniany dom. Taki niedoskonały. Kiedyś kuźnia, przedwojenny sklepik. Potem "szalona" ciotka Apolonia. Jej psy. To miejsce inne niż wszystkie. Zapraszam Cię na wieś w centrum miasta. Cztery izby, łazienka, kuchnia. Dom wyposażony kompletnie. Idealny dla dwóch/trzech par. Ale znajdzie się miejsce i dla czwartej. Ba, świetne miejsce dla rodziny z dziećmi. Dla dwóch rodzin też. Jesienią, zimą, wiosną w domu jest ciepło - w całym domu, w każdej izbie. Latem przyjemnych chłód. Cisza, spokój, choć centrum miasta za rogiem. Ogrodzone podwórze. Jest gdzie postawić auto, nawet dwa. Do wypoczynku zaprasza Cię ogród. Tu kawa i herbata smakuje inaczej, lepiej. Jest grill. Dom położony ok. 1 km od ratusza, 0,5 km od PKS i PKP. Najbliższy sklep ok. 0,2 km. Świetnie miejsce wypadowe "na miasto". Jeśli szukasz czegoś więcej niż tylko dachu nad głową to zapraszam. W chacie są 4 izby. Pierwsza izba - salon - rogówka z miejscem do spania dla 2 osób. Druga izba - kominkowy - sofa z miejscem do spania dla 2 osób. Trzecia izba - drewniane łoże z miejscem do spania dla 2 osób. Czwarta izba - metalowe łóżko z miejscem do spania dla 1 osoby. Jest jeszcze łóżko polowe dla 1 osoby. Ostrzeżenie. Sąsiad za ma kury, koguta też ma. Kogut rano może obudzić. Zdaję sobie sprawę z niedogodności, ale ponoć nic nie jest doskonałe.

Dlaczego u mnie jest wyjątkowo? Inaczej? Daję Ci dom z historią. Stuletni, drewniany. Bardzo niedoskonały, ale przez to wyjątkowy. Dom w centrum miasta, a jak na wsi. Spokojna, ba, sielska okolica. Na przydomowym patio wypijesz kawę, herbatę. Odpoczniesz. Książka, pogaduchy z przyjaciółmi czy grill? A może wszystkie po trochu? Ogród da Ci odpoczynek. A dom? Ciepły jesienią, zimą i wiosną. W środku jak nowy. Ale zostało coś z dawnych lat. Piec kaflowy, fizyczka, stary kredens, czy łóżko pamiętające czasy naszych babć (a może nawet pradziadków). Starocie przemieszane z wygodą, tak by było Ci dobrze, wygodnie. Zapraszam. Zapraszam Cię na małą przygodę do znikającego powoli świata.

Dom położony jest 1 km od ratusza w centrum miasta. Ale... Kilometr robi różnicę. Tam gdzie jest dom jest już cicho i bardzo spokojnie. Nie ma zgiełku typowego dla centrum. Stara dzielnica Chanajki, z drewnianymi domami, broni się jeszcze przed współczesną cywilizacją.
