3Rooms oddalony jest około 800 m od Kompleksu Handlowego Rybitwy będącego największym rynkiem artykułów rolno-spożywczych w Małopolsce (czynne w każdą niedzielę) W niedalekiej odległości (około 1,3km) mieści się też Giełda Samochodowa działająca w soboty i niedziele. Dogodne połączenie z Sanktuarium Bożego Miłosierdzia w Łagiewnikach (13,5 km) zachęca do odwiedzenia tego miejsca.
