My unit has been upgraded with a digital lock. This means that no keys will be provided to you. A code will be setup on the day of your arrival. You will also have a convenient way of checking out at anytime before 12pm without to worry on passing the keys to me. If you are planning to stay for more than 1 night, please send me a private message first so I can offer you additional discounts. Swimming pool rate is 150 pesos per person per visit. There are 2 kiddie pools, 2 adult pools and 1 olympic pool. I am waiving the fees for a time being, which means you can access all swimming pools for free! So book my property now! Fitness gym rate is also 150 pesos per person per visit. You can find one beside the olympic pool (Pavillion area). There is one at Carpark A and another one at Carpark B, both located at level 5. Payparking is on a first come first serve basis. Car rate is at 20 pesos per hour while motorcycle rate is fixed at 40 pesos per day. Waiting time during rush hours (5pm-9pm) will be longer so please be patient.
