This place will best cater the Families & Business Travellers for even a one day escape from busy work to a relaxing, calm and quiet Haven.

The unit is 64.5 sq. meter, It is a cozy brand new "Fully Furnish & Fully Airconditioned" Condo Unit with 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, spacious Living & Dining Area, and a full Kitchen with complete appliances and a the Balcony area with a cozy and relaxing ambiance facing directly with the swimming pool area. Your safety and security if of our utmost priority, Asteria Residences is secured and gated community and it is being patrolled 24/7 by a dedicated security guards. Buildings and common areas are equiped with CCTV's and Fire Alarm and Protection System.

Facility Limitation. 1. Asteria Residences has shared Common Amenities. 2. Common amenities is with basic charges and Guest shall arrange the payments directly through the Property Management Office (PMO) if the guests intends to use these amenities during their stay: ▶ Swimming pool (200Php/Guest/Day) ▶ Fitness Center/Gym (100Php/day) - Applicable for Long Term Tenant Only ▶ Billiard Table(100/hr.) ▶ Cabana/Gazebo (200Php/Hr.) ▶ Basketball Court (Free from 7AM - 6PM, 250Php/hr. from 6PM - 10PM) ▶ AVR/KTV Room (2500php for 3hrs & 1000Php/Hr. succeeding hours) ▶ Function Hall (50 Person Capacity - 11,000php for 5hrs and 1800hp/hr. succeeding hr.). 3. Use of common amenities is accessible from 6:00 AM to 9:00PM Only 4. Swimming Pool is accessible only to Short staying guest from “Monday to Friday” except Thursday due to scheduled pool cleaning and maintenance. 5. Long term Tenants with minimum stay of 90 days has free access to use the swimming pool including weekend and holidays. Other things to note. • For your convenience, we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, shampoo, a dental kit, a trash bag, and dishwashing liquid. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay. • Please note this is a residential community, Quiet Hours begins at 10:00 PM. • We do ask you to kindly observe our community-enforced rules to ensure everyone, residents, and visitors alike, enjoy a fun, safe, and peaceful experience! • We can accommodate the request for early check-in and late check-out at an additional cost of 250Php/Hr subject for confirmation by the Host. • Check-out Time is 11:00 AM • Please make sure you read our House Rules!
