Spacious apartment in secure residence with caretaker and digicode. Relaxation area with swimming pool and gym. Renovated, air-conditioned, equipped and comfortably furnished, small terrace with sea view, WIFI & Netflix included. Private covered parking. Beautiful view of the Rade de Papeete.

Residence located at the western entrance of the city. Close to the main roads (by car: airport 7 minutes, city center 5 minutes, ferry dock 6 minutes). Easy walking access to amenities: (supermarket, restaurants, shops and parks 9 minutes, clinic 10 minutes, city center 20 minutes...).
