To visit it in any season of the year because it is central with easy access to any district, a few blocks from an excellent gastronomic circuit where you can visit the best restaurants. If you rent approximately from November to January, the whole area is adorned with Christmas lights and decorations. It has green areas around it, it is an orderly, quiet and safe place to walk at any time of the day. The apartment has an area of ​​240 M2, distributed in living room, dining room, 1 bedroom with a king size bed, 2 bedrooms with a 110 cm bed, 1 bedroom with a 95 cm bed, 4 full bathrooms, 1 guest bathroom, 1 remote work office space, 1 social area with grill, full laundry room, and 2 indoor garages.
It is one of the safest and quietest residential areas in Lima, it has bicycle lanes, it is surrounded by green areas and in some of the parks you will find a children's play area, you will also be searching for 2 tennis academies and if you practice outdoor exercises you can do it in the parks.
A few blocks away is Av. Camino del Inca where you will find the most delicious bakery, his name is Don Mamino. Also, you can walk to Av. Primavera and do a gastronomic circuit to delight the flavors of the best Peruvian food restaurants: - Tanta Restaurant, Panchita Restaurant, Chifa Madam Tusan (You will find Peruvian Fusion food owned by Chef Gaston Acurio) - The Trattoria winery (Italian Peruvian Fusion) - Jose Antonio Restaurant (Peruvian Creole Food) - Basilica 640 Restaurant (Peruvian Food) - La Bistecca Restaurant (Meat grill restaurant) - Pescados Capitales (Fish and seafood restaurant) - Lucio Caffe (Breakfast) - Starbucks (International franchise cafe) - Bakery Jose Antonio - Chillis (International franchise restaurant) - Fridays (International franchise restaurant) - La Panka Restaurant (Winners of the award for best anticucho) - Hanzo (Peruvian Japanese Fusion- you have to go by car because it is 10 minutes driving, on Av.
