This is a modern, brand new building in the quietest area of town yet right by the road between Santa Catalina and Estero beaches, not more then 6 mn walk from either. Building composed of 2 shops on ground level, one of them a beauty salon, and on top level 2 apartments Building hosts parking space in front and back, front ones for shops, back ones free and private for the apartment guests Each apartment consists of two areas, a fully equped kitchen, half toilet,living area and balcony on the first level from which a beautiful metal/wood staircase leads to a mezzanine that has a king size bed, closet and full bath
