In the park project Andromeda. The house is suitable for 4-6 people, there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms with hot and cold water and a sofa bed (1,87 x 1,13) for 1 adult or 2 small childeren in the living room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second has two single beds. The covered carport is suitable for 2 cars with a (standard outlet) charging possibility for an electric car. Bedrooms and living room are equipped with air conditioning and wireless internet. Pool and beach club are a 5 minutes walk away. There are 2 bicycles available that tenants can use free of charge.

We are Mirayda (Panamanian) and At (Dutch). We live in Hoorn Netherlands and fell in love with Pedasí and Andromeda. We normally spent there 1 month a year. We have a local contact to manage the property.

The house is located on a private lot of 800 sqm , there is a gazebo with bar, fridge and barbecue area with BBQ; a shaded terrace and a terrace for sun lovers. The house has wide doors without thresholds, easy for wheelchairs. The house and kitchen are fully equipped. The house is located near the beach. Andromeda has a gate with security. It is a relaxed atmosphere. It has a recreation area with infinity pool and bar-restaurant. This is at the complex, a few minutes walking from the house. Swimming pool is open 7 days a week.
