A beautiful property with stunning rural views located in one of Whanganui's best streets. The Treehouse is just that, a beautiful house situated amongst the trees and native surroundings, yet only a 5 minute drive into the city of Whanganui. Spacious living on three levels with the bottom level offering a double garage with internal access. There are 6 bedrooms, two bathrooms, large laundry and a generous open plan living area which captures the afternoon sun and has incredible views across rural land. This property can accommodate/sleep up to 15 people but can easily be the perfect retreat for a couple, groups or families. The kitchen is newly renovated and perfect for entertaining with loads of storage and preparation areas, including a Nespresso machine and coffee pods. Incredible vistas across rural land will make cleaning up the dishes even easier. A beautiful butlers sink, side by side fridge, dishwasher and large 900mm gas top oven. The top floor is dedicated to the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge along with 2 large bedrooms with queen-sized beds and 1 recently fully renovated bathroom including a walk-in shower with ceiling to floor tiles. The second level comprises 4 bedrooms, 1 of these bedrooms have bunk beds 1 with a double on the bottom and a single on top, all other bunks are singles, there is also 2 queen bedrooms and another room with a single bed with a single mattress trundle bed underneath. A bathroom with a separate toilet and large laundry is also on this level. The garage/basement level has space for 2 cars to be parked along with a games area including a table tennis table and dart board. A large decking area is on the top floor and there are balconies on the second level giving 4 of the 6 bedrooms access to their own little slice of paradise taking advantage of the rural views and natural light. Beds are fully made up with linen, towels are provided and there are extras if needed.
Situated in St Johns Hill, amongst the trees and native surroundings, yet only a 5 minute drive into the city centre of Whanganui.
