We offer Sevenoaks Getaway, a beautifully presented home, family friendly, peaceful and conveniently located 4 km from Christchurch Airport in a quiet tree lined street. Lovingly renovated, high spec appliances, fully fenced with an electric gate and double glazing. A SpringFree Trampoline and large backyard. Also suitable for groups or business people. Work remotely with high speed internet. Convenient location to Jellie Park, University of Canterbury and a short drive to the City Centre. We are in a green residential neighbourhood with lots of families. The local shops are 5 minutes walk away and include a small dairy, pharmacy, dry cleaners, hairdressers and an abundance of eating options (takeaways include pizza, fish n chips, sushi, bento, roast meals, Indian, Chinese, Thai and a bakery, and eat-in restaurants include a local pub, cafe, Thai and Japanese). Jellie Park with its indoor and outdoor swimming pools and hydroslides, park, playground and duck lake is a 2 minute drive or 5-10 minute walk away.
