** WINTER DEAL - 25% discount when booking 3 or more nights for bookings taken between 1 May and 30 September 2025 (excluding holiday weekends)** Ideally located in the centre of the village but still only one minute to the beach this beautifully renovated apartment with stunning sea views is the perfect place to take in all that stunning Waiheke Island has to offer. The apartment is perfect for a small family or friends, the apartment offers a well equipped kitchen and luxury bathroom with heated flooring. RATES are based on 2 bedrooms and up to 4 guests. A third bedroom can be made available for an additional charge - and can sleep up to 2 additional guests. Layout Open plan living and kitchen Bedroom 1 – Queen bed Bedroom 2 – Queen bed Bedroom 3 – 2 single beds ( the third bedroom carries a per night additional charge) Full bathroom Please note there is not a washing machine available at this property. Please note: The Cleaning fee include Cleaning fees and quality linen and towels hire, provided at the house for your stay (bed linen, towels, tea towels, bath mat, face cloths, hand cloth).
