The homestead and apartment is set amongst expansive lawn, ponds and formal gardens, 1 km from the popular Clevedon Village. Very close to restaurants, the beach, vineyards and Clevedon's renowned Sunday Farmers Market. See you soon. The space: Plenty of wide open spaces for guests to enjoy. Guest access: Guests are free to wander about the grounds but please keep out of paddocks with stock and a closed gate. There’s a secret garden in front of the apartment to enjoy a cup of tea ... or glass of wine. ( weather dependent though). Other things to note: The apartment is located upstairs so may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. Normal check in 2 pm and checkout 10am but we are happy to be flexible by private arrangement Due to the large number of natural hazards on site, the property is not really suitable for children so please contact me before booking to discuss.
