Located within walking distance from the base of Mt Maunganui known as Mauao, the apartment is close to everything that there is to love about this top holiday destination. Walk everywhere, - the main beach, cafes, restaurants, parks and downtown! This modern two bedroom apartment is located in one of the nicest apartment buildings in Mt Maunganui and offers a large swimming pool on the 3rd level and a gym for your enjoyment. The space This two bedroom modern apartment is located directly across the road from the main Mount beach. The living area is upstairs and opens up onto a deck where you can enjoy the afternoon sun overlooking Mauao. The bedrooms are downstairs, each with there own ensuite. The large swimming pool is an easy access on the third level and you also have use of the gym. The apartment also offers 2 secure carparks. Guest access The guests can access all areas of the apartment as well as the swimming pool and gym
