Enjoy this newly renovated, open plan, modern beach bach. The wrap around deck, makes alfresco dining with views of the water, entertaining and relaxing. Walking distance from the beach and estuary where you can take advantage of the Kayaks available to enjoy. The Bowentown Boat Club and restaurant are a short stroll around the corner. Across the road is a playground and cafe for families to enjoy. The space Walking distance to surf beach, estuary, Boating Club (bar and restaurant) boat ramp, playground, cafe across the road, Anzac Bay a short drive, Waihi Beach town a short drive, walking and bike tracks. Guest access Laundry access BBQ and outdoor dining on covered deck Beach equipment including 2 double Kayaks, life jackets, beach towels, umbrella, 2 TVs - one smart TV High Chair, Pram and Potacot.
