Operating since 2019, a modern and spacious B&B. At the end of Oak Place. In a quiet location with rural views. We are situated between the Mission Estate Winery and Park Island sports park. Own private studio, entrance, and spacious outdoor area. Guests have their own car park. Truck and trailer parking is also available beside the unit. Pets are not allowed. Monitored CCTV security surveillance. Photo ID is required. No illegal drugs.
We enjoy the hospitality and travel industry. We offer our guests a high standard of private accommodation to relax and enjoy. We have dogs who also live inside with us.
We are in a beautiful location in a modern area called Oaklands. Located in a quiet area is Oak place. We have an excellent neighborhood support group. Park Island is home to Napier City Rovers football, Hawkes Bay hockey field, and rugby grounds. Divine cafe is only a short walk away, located at Summerset retirement village. Cycle and walkways are at the end of the street. Only a four minute drive to Greenmeadows New World, pharmacy, and a few takeaways. Tamatea PaknSave is nearby. Taradale's shopping centre with a range of clothing, gift shops, cafes, restaurants, and takeaways. En route to Napier airport and to the city is a short drive. Napier to Hastings and Havelock North expressway is easily accessible from here. We look forward to accomadating you.
