Helensbrook Studio is a rural retreat on the outskirts of Milton, situated on a 150ha working farm on State Highway One. The studio is private and self-contained, separate from the main homestead. Located on the Clutha Gold Cycle Trail and Southern Scenic Route you can use this as a base to explore - from The Catlins to Central Otago and beyond. Dunedin is only 40 minutes away and the Airport is a handy 20 minutes. Two minute drive to supermarkets, several cafes, takeaways and pub restaurant.
