Refurbished guesthouse. King size bed in the main bedroom and a double sofa sleeper with inner-sprung mattress in the living room. Air conditioning / heat pump unit in living room. Bathroom has toilet, vanity and shower over 3/4 size bath. Separate small kitchen space with full oven, microwave, jug and toaster. Fantastic deck and BBQ available. Outside we have a basketball hoop, children's swings, monkey bars, trampoline and sandpit that the kids are welcome to use. Omokoroa to Tauranga city cycle path goes past the property. Please note there is a train track across the road, this isn't the place for you if you are bothered by trains 😉
We are a busy family and live in the main house on the property with our three children 19, 10 and 8 years old. We love the outdoors and living in the gorgeous bay of plenty. We love to meet new people who are travelling and our children are very social. We are happy to leave you to your own business though if you would prefer and can have as little or as much contact as you like.
A one minute walk to the boat ramp and jetty. A gorgeous walk / cycle from the property along the harbors edge to the reserve at the end of the road. Out of the hustle and bustle of the city but yet very close. Cycle way from Omokoroa Beach to the city goes past our property. We are just up the road from Omahanui Wedding venue (and could arrange drop off / collection to the venue with prior arrangement if we are available).
