Good WiFi and Netflix. 3 bedrooms: 1 room with a double bed and 1 room with two single beds, but it is possible to make it a double bed (no photo yet), 1 room with cupboard wall and space for a cot or table (available) to work on. Suitable for 4 people and one or two babies (originally a 6-person house). Roller screens in all bedrooms and in the living room. Kitchen: induction hob, dishwasher, combination oven, refrigerator and freezer with 3 drawers. Kitchen, soap dispensers, shower gel, washing and dishwasher pods, herbs and olive oil. There are 2 ladies' bicycles, which can be used free of charge. BBQ and 2 fans. So bring clothes, do some shopping at Jumbo and Lidl and enjoy! Boat rental nearby. Charging station at 5 meters. Nice that you are looking at my comfortable home. I will be present on arrival and departure, I also clean the house myself, so that everything is in tip-top order. The house is quietly located in every season, is on a corner with a large garden and near the water (100 meters). Good beds, sofa and spacious (rain) shower. Bed linen, kitchen linen and towels (all free) are widely available. Also: Nespresso machine for small cups, milk frother, cutlery, plates and glasses. Kettle, citrus juicer, blender, toaster, stick and mixer. Washer and dryer. Grou is a really nice water sports village, you can rent all types of boats, SUP boards, etc. here. Boat rental within a 5-minute walk. Children: The house is not located directly on the water, so there is no danger to children. The holiday home is located in the middle of Friesland - in the triangle - Leeuwarden (10 minutes), Drachten and Heerenveen. Grou is a pleasant, picturesque, water sports village. The house itself is located in a very quiet private park. A restaurant is a short walk away, other restaurants are accessible by ferry, boat, bicycle or car. Supermarkets (Jumbo and Lidl) 7 minutes by bike; walking distance (2.5 km). It is a wonderful base to explore the watery and green area, both via the water and via the countless cycling routes that the area has to offer. All villages and towns in Friesland can be reached within 45 minutes by car. The famous Skutsjes-Silen starts in summer from Grou. In short, you will find an oasis of peace, nature, lots of water (sports) and culinary enjoyment here. Grou has a train station. In Grou alone you can moor at 6 restaurants by boat. The distance by car to Leeuwarden is 14 km, Heerenveen 18 km. There are many cycling and walking routes, and you can also go island hopping with ferries.
