Dear guest, due to construction next to our house you might encounter slightly more noise than usual during daytime only.
Keep in mind all our houses have stairs and are not accessable for people who have trouble walking. Also our houses are designed in 1 open space. The bathrooms are divided by glass walls.
We have several different houses available, please make sure to click on "Holiday Home" to see the specific photos per house to see which house you are booking. All our houses have stairs and they are not accessible for guests that have difficulty walking.
Parties and unauthorized guests are strictly forbidden.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform HUISJES AAN DE AMSTEL - Your home away from home in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of € 30 per stay.
