Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Upmarket, modern duplexes with excellent security- electric fence, guards, access control to the estate. 24/7 electricity, treated water with excellent pressure, and tastefully furnished. Entire property is air conditioned with central water heater. All bedrooms are ensuite with shower cubicle. Master bedroom has a bath tub in addition. There is a swimming pool on the property (not currently working, but undergoing repair)
There is an on site manager and I am available on phone 24/7
Safe, quiet, secured and close to several beaches, Lagos business school, malls, Chauffeured cars can be arranged
