Located in Jalan Sultan Ismail, E&O Residence is just a 7-minute walk to the famous Bukit Bintang shopping area and Pavilion shopping mall. It features an outdoor swimming pool and offers spacious contemporary suites. Free WiFi access is available in its public areas. The hotel is a 10-minute drive to KLCC Shopping Mall and Avenue K Mall. Raja Chulan Monorail station is within 300 metres from the property. Ampang Point Shopping Mall is a 15-minute drive, while Kuala Lumpur International Airport is about a 45-minute drive away. Offering views of the city, air-conditioned suites feature a separate living room and a dining area. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that for bookings of 5 rooms and above (and more than 3 nights), the hotel requires a 30% prepayment upon reservation.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
