This spacious three-bedroom beachfront penthouse offers stunning ocean and lagoon views from its numerous windows and terraces. Enjoy sunbathing or reading a book on our private rooftop terraces. After a fun-filled day, prepare a meal for your family or friends in the fully equipped kitchen while savouring the sunset with a glass of wine. This ideal getaway offers access to 160 meters of shoreline, kids' and adults' pools, a tennis court, *full-service laundry (extra cost), free parking, and 24/7 security. OUR SPACE: The penthouse features two bedrooms on the second floor and a loft-style third bedroom on the top floor. The third bedroom has a mini fridge and direct access to the two private terraces. This three-story property provides ample space and privacy for everyone.

Neighbourhood information

Our condo complex is right on the beach, boasting approximately 160 meters of shoreline. It is situated within the gated community of Condominios Brisas in the Hotel Zone. Just across the street, you'll find Nichupté Lagoon and the mangrove jungle, perfect for speedboat rides and tours. The apartment is conveniently located near top restaurants, golf courses, supermarkets, shopping centers, archaeological sites, and museums, and it is only a 15-minute drive from the entertainment area.
