Every corner of this peaceful haven radiates comfort and privacy, making it perfect for large family gatherings or group vacations. The property includes: - 4 bungalow-style bedrooms, each with direct garden access (Bungalows will be available based on the number of guests: the second bungalow opens from the 5th guest onwards, with each bungalow accommodating 4 or more guests) - 6 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom - A cozy living room with seating for 12 people - A fully equipped kitchen with a stove, gas oven, microwave, dishwasher, and more - A main dining room for 6 and a secondary dining area for an additional 6 people - Outdoor patio or balcony with dining space for 10 - A TV room with seating for 12 people (indoor spaces are available depending on the number of guests) - A lush garden with 2 tables seating 15 people under umbrellas - A dedicated workspace - A refreshing pool (the boiler is currently out of order; however, if requested, heating costs 5,000 for the first night and 2,000 per night thereafter) - A jacuzzi (boiler also out of order; heating costs 1,000 per night) - A fronton court for a bit of fun - A grill area for outdoor meals - Sunbathing space with 8 loungers - 10 parking spots for your convenience - The property owner and two on-site staff members reside at the house but will only appear upon request to ensure your privacy
