If the guest is 15 minutes late after checkout, 3 extra days will be charged.
Any non-compliance will have an additional cost for deep cleaning.
Unforeseen events in services such as electricity, water, internet, pool or other services are beyond our control. We will not make compensation for such unforeseen events

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Quiet hours are between 20:00:00 and 08:00:00.
A damage deposit of US$1,250 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
