Company information

We are a professional vacation rental company, we love to host new guests. We will be happy to welcome you. Remember that we are not a hotel, we are private apartments. Therefore we do not have staff working on the premises, we ask for a good communication before your arrival so that the check-in and check-out process will be easy. We will be attentive to anything you may need during your reservation.

Property information

Beauriful apartment with sea view from the room and from the terrace! The condo has an excellent location, it is located in the Hotel Zone in front of the beach and it includes beach palapas, lounge chairs and a BBQ grill. It is 5 minutes from the nightlife and downtown Cancun and the ferry to Isla Mujeres is a 5 minute walk. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults + 1 child + 1 baby. Before check-in we ask for a photo of each guest's ID with at least one day before arrival.

Neighbourhood information

The area is very safe, the condo has security 24 hours a day. And it is located on a closed street in the Hotel Zone, so the condominium is very quiet. Many neighbors have lived there for a long time. It is located approximately 20 minutes from the airport. If you need transportation from the airport or driver during your stay, we have trustworthy staff.
