Location is only 1 min walking distance from the magically charming village of Marsaxlokk. Marsaxlokk is a small village with a lot to offer with great things to do and things to see. Amenities All amenities such as convenience shops, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, take away, restaurants and cafeterias and bus stops are all within a 3 min walk from the property! Restaurants and Cafeterias Whatever type of dining experience you’re craving, be it a quick snack, a culinary extravaganza or some awesome local cuisine, there’s always something to sink your teeth into in Marsaxlokk. Local Market You can go shop from the local open market which takes place every day. You can find souvenir stalls and other local products like honey and jam. Sunday Market. On Sunday, the market gets bigger and fishermen come to show off their catch. You can also take a stroll along the Harbor. Observe local fishermen and watch out for the colorful ‘luzzu’ (the traditional Maltese boat). If you are holidaying in Malta in the last week of July, you should make it point not to miss the local village feast Parish Church. Visit the Parish church which is dedicated to the Madonna of Pompeii. This was built in 1897 and is situated in the main square. St Peter’s Pool and Kalanka Bay are about 30 to 35 min walk from the property. Ferry service from Marsaxlokk to St Peter's Pool and back is also available.
