Belle maison avec une décoration soignée et raffinée. C'est ce qu'il vous faut pour passer et rien de moins pour passer les vacances de vos rêves. De l'espace, un grand jardin, un jacuzzi et une piscine. Des environs agréables, voilà quelques uns des éléments indispensables à votre bonheur pendant votre séjour. Vous trouverez toutes les commodités nécessaires à un séjour à CAP-EST, telles que supermarchés, boutiques, restaurants de tous styles, banques, distributeurs, medecins, discothèques. Et aussi les meilleurs sports au monde (tous les sports de voile, dont le kyte surfing). The villa is new (2011) with a luxurious layout. The setting is sumptuous with a breathtaking view in a beautiful environment. The surface of the villa: 400 m2 includes 4 bedrooms, 4 private bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a basement, a kiosk to have breakfast or receive friends. The decoration was carried out by a professional, is neat with quality equipment.
