Perfectly located in Anse Mitan, the Cozy Cloud is a studio boasting top-quality materials and a cocooning atmosphere. Cozy Cloud boasts panoramic views over the bay, a balcony and an outdoor swimming pool. What's more, the flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi and black-out curtains are all there to ensure maximum comfort. The second-floor Cozy Cloud is air-conditioned and equipped with a microwave with grill, toaster, induction hob, fridge, coffee maker and all the crockery and cutlery you need. A Queen Size bed (160x200) and top-of-the-range household linen are provided (towels, bath sheets, washcloths and bed linen).
As a property developer, expert and, above all, passionate about real estate, I decided to put my know-how at the service of holiday rentals to offer exceptional properties to travel enthusiasts.
Ideally placed for a holiday, it is peaceful and close to the beach and the pier for the shuttle bus to Fort-de-France. The Cozy Cloud is also close to the Point du Bout Creole village and its various activities. In the area, there are numerous tourist activities such as diving, parasailing, jet-skiing, kayaking, golf, paddle-boarding and many others. Cozy Cloud is also close to the Casino, bars, restaurants, a mini-market, bakeries, souvenir shops, car hire and tobacconists. The airport is 25km away.
