Vila Nikezić presents guests with luxurious apartments and an enjoyable stay. All apartments include a separate bathroom, kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, balcony with a breathtaking view of the Sutomore beach coastline. All guests have pool access to take a quick swim and cool down during those hot summer days. Our Vila is only a 7-minute walking distance from the beach. There are also several markets nearby. We provide all of our guests with silverware, bedding sheets, and initial drinks in their fridge. We promise great hospitality and assure each guest a delightful visit. ***NOTE OUR POLICY REQUIRES THAT A 25% DEPOSIT/PRE-PAYMENT OF RESERVATION PRICE BE PAID BEFORE ARRIVAL (WITHIN 48 HOURS FROM TIME OF RESERVATION) DUE TO MUTUAL SECURITY OF BOTH PARTIES (GUEST AND HOST).
